How long does it take to clean a kitchen thoroughly? Usually, a professional kitchen is deep-cleaned in about 8 hours. Occasionally, we need to visit for additional time the next day. How do you calculate the price? Several components participate in calculating the price of our service. In general, the number of days per week, the number of participants for the project, and the time this team of professional cleaners will need to complete all the cleaning tasks. Do you offer a seven-day service? Yes. We are prepared to offer you our Restaurant Cleaning service for any period, from once a week to a weekly service. We could also service your facility during the day or at night. Are your personnel trained? Yes. All our employees are fully trained in at least three areas: •Basic Safety, •Chemical Agents, and •Customer Relations How often do you supervise your performance? The frequency of our supervision and customer visitation varies depending on the frequency of the service. However, in a seven-day-per-week service schedule, our Operations Manager and our President will visit three times. Do you clean silverware and dishes? No, we do not clean silverware, and we also do not clean dishes. How long does it take to receive a quote? The short answer is two days. Our process begins after you contact us. We will schedule a visit as soon as you can receive us. During this visit, we will take notes on your needs, including the areas of concern, frequency, and any special requirements you may have. This information is then translated into a scope of work, listing all activities and their frequencies, along with the number of employees assigned to the project and the associated price. Do I have to sign an annual service contract? No. All our service agreements are Monthly. How frequently do you invoice us? We will issue an invoice on the last day of the month.
